Step 2️⃣ CONFIRM color & design

Step 3️⃣ arrange FULL PAYMENT for the bill

Step 4️⃣ service team will arrange to side to take actual measurements

Step 5️⃣ after item complete, will arrange installation service

*NOT available for East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak)

*NOT Include Removing Existing Carpets

*Price NOT include hacking and plaster (dismantle work)

* if after delivery can't install will be charge RM150 for next trip install fee

*Cancellation of appointment inform 3 days before if not will be charged RM150

If the site is not ready for measurement, a RM50 transportation fee will be charged for the second visit. Common reasons for needing a second measurement include:
- Incomplete flooring or frame tiling
- Defective door frame
- Unfinished plastering around the door opening
- Unfinished laminate or SPC flooring
