Flooring Installation Service

Step 1️⃣: Provide the room dimensions to receive an estimated price for flooring installation.

Step 2️⃣: Confirm your choice of flooring material, color, and design.

Step 3️⃣: Pay a 10% deposit or a minimum of RM200 per order. The deposit is non-refundable after the site visit.

Step 4️⃣: Our team will schedule a site visit to take exact measurements and assess the floor condition.

Step 5️⃣: Make the final payment for the installation.

Step 6️⃣: After the flooring materials are ready, we will arrange for installation.

Please note: The process may take 2-4 weeks to complete.

⚠ Important Information ⚠

• Delivery and installation services are only available within Klang Valley.
• Pre-order materials may take up to 3 weeks.
• Service is not available in East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak).
• The removal of existing flooring is not included in the price.
• The price does not include additional work such as floor leveling or fixing uneven surfaces.
• If installation cannot be completed as scheduled, an RM150 fee will apply for the next trip.
• For appointment cancellations, kindly notify us at least 3 days in advance, or a charge of RM150 will be imposed.
• If the site is not ready for installation, a RM50 transportation fee will be charged for the second visit. Common reasons for needing a second visit include:
  - Incomplete floor leveling
  - Defective subflooring
  - Presence of moisture or dampness
  - Unremoved existing flooring
