Due to the house's age of over 50 years, we embarked on a reconstruction process, resulting in a significant expansion of its original size from 2200 sqft to 3600 sqft. Additionally, we transformed it from a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout to a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom configuration. The design concept for this house is modern luxury. The modern luxury design concept delivers an ambiance that is both sumptuous and sophisticated, creating an oasis of indulgence where every element contributes to a heightened sense of refined living.
