METRO COOL AIR CONDITIONING SDN BHD was incorporated in Malaysia under the companies Act 1965 on 4 January 2010. Our headquarter is situated in Cheras, Selangor. Started out as a trading & services company in air conditioning and engineering services, today we provide all kinds of air conditioning & engineering services to the building, residential, commercial, construction, operations, and maintenance for air conditioning system, ventilation system, VRV system,VRF system, ducting works, electrical works, and pipe works.

1. Maintain good relationship with customer and ensure prompt reply on all enquiries.
2. Provide quality services that exceed our customer’s expectation.
3. Obtain customer approval before installation work begins.
4. To conduct inspection on the completed work before handover.
5. To ensure all installation according to customer agreed design.
6. To monitor the progress and completion of the project through the client site meeting.
