Project Highlight – Calm & Functional Kitchen at Bukit Banyan Sierra, Sungai Petani
A thoughtfully co-created kitchen designed for everyday living.
Located at Bukit Banyan Sierra, Sungai Petani, this landed home kitchen was designed for Mr Alif & Mrs Sunida, in collaboration with our design consultant Zoey Tan. The goal was clear — to create a kitchen that feels calm, practical, and easy to live in, while supporting real daily routines.
A Soft & Grounded Kitchen Design
The kitchen features soft sage green cabinetry paired with warm wood finishes, creating a balanced and timeless look. The colour palette keeps the space visually calm, while allowing natural warmth to come through — ideal for a home that is lived in every day.
The overall layout is clean and functional, with well-defined work zones and generous storage to ensure cooking feels organised and effortless.
Dry & Wet Kitchen Designed for Real Use
This home features both a dry and wet kitchen, thoughtfully planned to support different cooking needs.

A black-framed glass partition separates the dry and wet kitchen, allowing the space to remain open and bright while managing heat, moisture, and cooking activities efficiently.
Practical Details with Subtle Character
From the terrazzo-inspired backsplash to warm ambient lighting and smooth cabinet lines, every detail was chosen to add character without visual clutter. These thoughtful touches keep the kitchen practical, clean, and comfortable for everyday cooking.
Additional Laundry Space for Daily Convenience
Beyond the kitchen, an additional laundry area was designed with melamine cabinetry, providing organised storage and functionality while keeping utility spaces neat and discreet.
