How Evaporative Coolers Work
This unit is an evaporative (swamp) cooler — it cools by drawing warm air through water soaked pads and blowing the cooled air out. It does not cool like a compressor AC, so it won’t drop room temperature dramatically, especially in humid climates like Malaysia. It’s most effective in well ventilated or semi outdoor areas and works best with ice packs or cold water for a more noticeable cooling effect.
Who It’s Best For
Larger rooms, living/dining areas
Users wanting energy efficient cooling (much lower power use than AC)
People who want adjustable airflow and modes
Those who prefer remote control + timer
