1. Condition of goods should be verified within 3 days after delivery.

2. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable

3. Goods will be delivered to the ground floor or entrance of the property only

4. Delivery lead time:

    - Klang Valley 2-5 working days*

    - Johor 7-10 working days*

    - Rest of Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore: Contact us for availability and custom deliveries.

5. Delivery is done during working hours & days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm)

6. Overnight deliveries shall be custom quoted.
