CONCRETE CURING COMPOUND

Description

Sika Antisol-90 is a liquid curing compound for the prevention of premature water loss in concrete. Sika Antisol-90 has an efficiency index of 90 % when tested in accordance with the DoE Specification for Road and Bridge Works, clause 2709/1032.

Uses

Sika Antisol-90 is applied to fresh concrete surfaces to form a fast drying, thin, flexible and tough impervious membrane which protects the concrete from rapid water evaporation during initial curing stages, thereby assisting towards obtaining maximum strength, durability and helping towards the elimination of shrinkage cracks and surface dusting.
 
Sika Antisol-90 is particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete such as:

• Highways, runways and taxiways

• Aprons and hardstandings

• Roof decks

• Retaining walls

• Pre-stressed beams and piers

• Bridge decks, etc
