Unimech Group Berhad (UGB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 25 October 1996 as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1965 as Unimech Group Sdn Bhd. It was converted to a public company limited by shares and assumed its present name on 8 November 1996.

The initial business activities include manufacturing, designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial equipment and plants for steam generation, heating and combustion systems, fluid conveyance piping works, maintenance and overhaul of engineering equipment and equipment parts replacement services, as well as property development and construction. Jujur Bernas Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 March 2004 under the Companies Act, 1995 as a private company limited.

Jujur Bernas Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unimech Group Berhad, a public listed companynof Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in Malaysia. In 27th March 2008, Jujur Bernas Sdn. Bhd. changed its company name to Griferia Sanitario (M) Sdn. Bhd. Its principal activity is to market & promoting SANITARIO products brand. We are pleased to inform that our products are well received by consumers mainly because of it's superb quality, reliability and beauty. Sanitario have 8 main series including water closet, basin, sinks, faucet, massage bathtub, steam sauna room, complete series of toilet, sanitary appliance, gas hob and cooker hood.
